Welcome to BCOS operating under BCOSMETICS PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING CO. L.L.C, as an e-commerce business that offers grooming and cosmetics products delivered to your home within the UAE.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use BCOS if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General Terms

By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or conditions posted on our website.

BCOS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Products and Services

2.1. Product Descriptions
BCOS strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

2.2. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

2.3. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure that our products are in stock. However, there may be times when products are unavailable. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3.2. Payment Methods
BCOS accepts the following types of tender for orders placed on the website:

  • Visa, Mastercard
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

Payment will be taken upon the placement of an order on our website. By entering your payment details onto our website, you warrant that you are authorized to use those details. We reserve the right to decline orders where we believe payments are not personally authorized by you, the payment method is invalid, or where we do not think you are authorized to use the relevant tender.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1. Shipping Policy
BCOS will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with UAE law.

4.2. Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Prices

5.1. Price Display
Prices on the bcosformen.com website are displayed in AED and exclude any add-on services you may pair with the products, delivery costs, taxes, or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any additional costs will be displayed to you upon the final checkout.

5.2. Foreign Currency Payments
If you purchase using a payment method denominated in a foreign currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time the payment is completed.

5.3. Delivery Charges
The distance of the destination of the order, the items and services you select, as well as the method of delivery, may determine the delivery charges. Please refer to the delivery section for further details on delivery options.

5.4. Pricing Errors
We aim to ensure the prices displayed on the website and in our communications are correct, but errors may occur. If an error occurs:

  • If the order has already been processed, then we may at our discretion:
    • Void the order (or part thereof), arrange for the collection of the incorrectly priced item(s) from your original order delivery address in the Emirate of Dubai, and issue you a full refund including original order delivery fees, taxes, and duties (if applicable);
    • Where the price you paid is lower than the actual price of the item, honor the price in your order; or
    • Where the price you paid is higher than the actual price of the item, refund you the difference between the two values.
  • If the order has not yet been processed, we will notify you as soon as possible and only process the order once you have confirmed you are happy to buy at the correct price or otherwise cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

6. Eligibility

6.1. User Requirements
We aim to make the website and its affiliated services accessible to as many users as possible. However, you must be at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully and legally:

  • Make payment with accepted legal tender types.
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Enter into binding orders with us.

6.2. Delivery Restrictions
Currently, only orders with delivery addresses within the UAE can be processed through the UAE website address. Please refer to the Delivery landing page for more information.

6.3. Personal Use
The website is for personal or gift use only; commercial use is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline orders suspected of commercial usage.

7.1. Account Creation
To take advantage of the features and services of this website, you can either use the website on a “guest check-out” basis or create an account and register your details with us.

7.2. Responsibility for Account Details
It is your ongoing responsibility to ensure that your personal and payment details provided to us are valid, accurate, and complete. It is advised to keep personal and payment details confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are concerned that your account is compromised.

7.3. Warranties for Registration
By registering at bcosformen.com or placing an order on the website, you warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria described above and that the information provided is yours, valid, accurate, and complete in all respects. Commercial entities are not eligible to register with us.

11.1. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to the principle of conflict of laws. Any actions seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these terms will be brought only in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
